Nadalyn Caprice is The Pagan Law Firm’s Office Manager and Senior Paralegal with over twenty-five years of experience and dedication to our clients and firm. Nadalyn’s role at the firm is highly unique and she is an integral member of our team delivering the highest level of professional legal services for the benefit of our valued clients. Our clients cherish her because she is a tireless advocate for their case, and Nadalyn’s personal care, attention, and excellent preparation with them during litigation and trial is simply, the best.
Nadalyn is accomplished in her role as a senior and trial level paralegal. She is involved from inception of a client’s case, through investigation, pleadings, the intensity of client/witness deposition and trial testimony preparation, expert witness retention and preparation, and significantly, all tasks directly at trial.
Nadalyn accompanies partner, William Pagan, on trial and she facilitates trial preparation for the prosecution of our complex cases on the state and federal court levels. She is well seasoned and knowledgeable of the law, litigation, and trial procedure. Nadalyn assists on trial for consecutive weeks as necessary, throughout the states of New York and New Jersey and has traveled for trial as far as the U.S. District Court for Hawaii. Her skills and dedication at trial have contributed to the many excellent plaintiff verdicts that William Pagan has achieved for our clients for decades.
As an Office Manager, Nadalyn manages the daily demanding business of the firm and is often our front facing professional for public relations, networking, and advertising. She supervises our staff, complex case management, and is a skilled liaison on behalf of the firm with our clients, opposing law firms, courts, expert witnesses, and a multitude of professional business vendors and contacts.
Nadalyn earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is Spanish bilingual and is a member of the paralegal professionals of the Puerto Rican Bar Association.
